BALLYBUNNION GREYHOUND STADIUM

The greyhound track at the Irish town of Ballybunnion was located at 9° 40' W 52° 30' N and first opened for racing in 1927 early in the history of the sport in this country. It closed for the first time in 1964, but then reopened on the same site two years later in 1966. It finally closed its gates in 1975.
